The only data that we store about you in the Workspace is your name and email address, the date when you last used the workspace and, of course, the data that you create while using the Workspace. We only ever use this data in the conduct of our programs. It is never used internally for any marketing purposes or distributed to any third party organizations or shared with any other person.

You can view, amend or delete your data whenever you wish by logging in to the Workspace. As you know, your data can also be viewed by the Program Leaders and the Course administrator. If you choose to share parts of your Workspace with other specific program participants, then they can of course also view these elements….this is entirely under your own control through the Workspace.

If you wish to delete your entire record in the Workspace you can request this by emailing info@communicum.nl. This process cannot be undone.
